Here's an overview of some of my recent work.

Visual Merchandising & Retail Operations

Through my retail experience, I have developed strong skills in visual merchandising, product presentation, and maintaining brand standards. While working as a Sales Associate at Garage/Dynamite, I supported floor sets, assisted with product displays, and helped ensure the sales floor was organized and visually appealing. These experiences strengthened my ability to present products strategically to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Customer Experience & Service

Working in fast-paced environments has allowed me to build strong customer service skills. In my current role at Ritual on Main Coffee House, I consistently deliver friendly and efficient service while maintaining company standards. I work closely with team members to ensure customers have a positive experience while also managing daily operations such as restocking, preparing orders, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

As a Key Holder at Star Fashion Dry Cleaners, I held leadership responsibilities including opening and closing the store, scheduling staff, and training new employees. This role allowed me to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills while supporting team productivity and maintaining consistent store standards.

Business & Entrepreneurship Studies

As a student in the Business Management and Entrepreneurship program at Algonquin College, I continue to build knowledge in business strategy, planning, and teamwork. Coursework and group projects have helped strengthen my ability to collaborate with others, manage time effectively, and apply business concepts to real-world scenarios.
